Marco Mondelli (Cantautore) e Francesco Montanile (Chitarrista) omaggiano la natura altoatesina con un nuovo videoclip musicale dal titolo “The Mountain”, che uscirà su YouTube il 17 Dicembre 2020. Il brano scritto in testo e musica da Mondelli e curato negli arrangiamenti solisti da Montanile, è una collaborazione musicale che affonda le radici nelle suggestive montagne altoatesine. 

ENGLISH – Marco Mondelli (Singer-songwriter) and Francesco Montanile (Guitarist) pay homage to South Tyrolean nature with a new music video called “The Mountain”, which will be released on YouTube on December 17, 2020. The song written by Mondelli and edited by Montanile, is a musical collaboration born in the suggestive South Tyrolean mountains.

Nel video faranno da sfondo le bellissime Cascate di Barbiano, formate grazie al torrente Rio Ganda che nasce a una quota di 2000 metri, per poi allargare i propri orizzonti fino alle rovine di Castel Federer, situato nella Bassa Atesina tra Ora e Montagna con vista panoramica su tutta la valle. La Montagna, canta Mondelli, è un luogo dove ritrovare se stessi, con i propri silenzi e riflessioni, lontano dalle malvagità umane. “Una montagna che ti respira l’anima”, dandoti conforto attraverso sentimenti che non possono essere comprati: “the mountains breathe your soul” , “there’ s no money to buy this place, there’s no evil of man”…! 

ENGLISH – the beautiful Barbiano Waterfalls will be the background of the new video. They are formed from the Rio Ganda stream that rises at an altitude of 2000 meters, and then broadens its horizons to the ruins of Castel Federer, located in the Bassa Atesina between Ora and Montagna with a panoramic view over the whole valley. The Mountain, Mondelli sings, is a place where you can find yourself, where silences and reflections are allowed, far from human evil. “A mountain that breathes your soul”, giving you comfort through feelings that cannot be bought, “there ‘s no money to buy this place, there’ s no evil of man” … !

Montanile, noto chitarrista-compositore e reduce dei suoi ultimi brani solisti dalle sonorità ambient-fusion “Quarantena” ed “Old Walls”, ha saputo magistralmente coniugarle con Mondelli, cantautore già uscito discograficamente con l’album Pop/Rock “Scorre questa vita” e la recente “Cuori che si abbracciano”. L’idea del brano, nato dai 2 amici musicisti, nasce quasi per gioco e ha trovato poi una veste grafica grazie alle riprese del Videomaker Juri Verani. “The Mountain” farà inoltre da apripista a nuovi progetti musicali che con tanta passione, i due artisti avranno in serbo per il 2021. Entrambi, infatti, sono alle prese con il proprio secondo album di inediti autoprodotto che nei rispettivi casi, ne delineerà il percorso artistico.
